KANSAS CITY, KS — In what was strangely reminiscent of Canadian doubles, the Buffalo Bills became the first football team to beat two opponents on Sunday Night Football: the Kansas City Chiefs and their trusty side-kicks, the NFL refs.

Attempting to dust the Bills like the Avengers dusted Thanos, the Chiefs made sure to call for backup in their highly anticipated matchup against the blistering-hot Bills.

Of course, no good deed comes without some financial reimbursement. “I made the refs an offer they couldn’t refuse — I generously handed over my Patrick Price from State Farm,” said Mahomes.

When asked about their favorable support to the Chiefs, the refs told a different story. “Jackson Mahomes barged into our locker room doing TikTok dances and throwing water bottles at us…he would only stop if we made some calls…can you blame us?” The press nodded empathetically.

It was also reported that KC HC Andy Reid tried to call upon his old friend, Zeus, God of Thunder, to deter the Bills from even playing the rest of the game at all.

Unfortunately, like Thanos, the Bills were inevitable, coming in clutch with a massive win at Arrowhead Stadium.

GO BILLS!
