The Thunderdome will allow fans to virtually sit in the arena like what we have seen in the NBA bubble. How this will look and how the WWE

The Greatest Spectacle in Racing

The Indycar Series will be running their biggest race of the year (2nd biggest race overall in my book with the Daytona 500 being the 1st) on Sunday with the Indianapolis 500 (1PM ET, NBC). For the first time in series history the race will not be on Memorial day weekend or be held in front of fans. Instead the 300,000 seat facility will be empty and the only people inside the track will be track, team and Indycar employees. That does not mean the racing on the track will be any different

Barstool to Bid on ‘Bills Stadium’ Naming Rights?

This morning, the Buffalo Bills announced that they will call their stadium ‘Bills Stadium’ (super original, kind of classy) until a new naming rights sponsor is found. This comes a month after the organization ended their naming rights with New Era, who had purchased those rights back in 2016, locking in a 7-year agreement for $35 million. The agreement came to an end when New Era, a Buffalo based apparel company(they make hats I guess??), asked to be released from the agreement after public

Picasso’s Player Profile: Randal Grichuk

Mitch Stringer-USA TODAY SportsIt’s been a bizarre start to the 2020 Major League Baseball season for the Toronto Blue Jays.First, the Blue Jays had to find a home after their approval was denied by the Canadian federal government to play games in Toronto forcing them to search for a new home, then they suffered a few painful losses in extra innings to both the Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays at home, and finally their top prospect and best player Bo Bichette sustained a knee injury that will

Tatis and the Unwritten Rulebook

It’s a nice Monday night, the Padres are cruising to a win up seven in the 7th and here comes Fernando Tatis Jr. up with the bases loaded. The count gets up to 3-0 and if you know baseball that usually means you’ve got a red light on the swing. Tatis on the other hand drives the ball to right and into the seats for a grand slam to put the Padres up 11. Chris Woodward and the Rangers didn’t like it and showed their frustration at Manny Machado during the game and in their post game remarks. Ian

The Forecast Calls for Extremely Binge-worthy Second Season of “The Umbrella Academy”

If you’ve never seen Netflix’s series, “The Umbrella Academy”, trust me. You are seriously missing out. But it’s okay, I’m nice enough to help you catch up. In its first season, Umbrella Academy introduces us to a dysfunctional family of seven adopted kids raised by their militant, “evil scientist” of a father in what he calls, The Umbrella Academy. All of these adopted kids have two things in common: They all were born on the same day across the world, and they all have crazy super powers…ex.

Behind the Dish: Update 2

USA TODAYWe’re one-third of the way through the 2020 Major League Baseball season and like the, “Jelly of The Month Club,” it’s the gift that keeps on giving. We saw another scuffle that involved the Houston Astros, a historic night in Buffalo, NY by an up and coming shortstop of the Toronto Blue Jays and a brilliant start to the season for a young pitcher in Cleveland. Some teams have established their dominance and are top shelf jellies, while others are on the bottom shelf tucked away until

Q&A: Blue Jays Backers of WNY on Buffalo Blue Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays have settled in nicely to their temporary home. They have hit 13 home runs in two games and their home run derby last night at Sahlen Field catapulted them to a 12-4 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays. The city is buzzing and the Blue Jays have gained some fans in WNY. Joe Konze Jr. of Trainwreck Sports sat down with the creator and founder of the Blue Jays Backers of WNY, Ryan Kominiarek before tonight’s game to discuss Toronto’s season so far.Konze: Have the Blue Jays

Game Preview: Rays vs. Jays, What’d ya say?

Mark Goldman/Icon Sportswire via Getty ImagesIs that a fly ball? Or is it a seagull? No, it’s the Tampa Bay Rays coming to town. OK! Blue Jays! Let’s play ball. After a roller coaster series against the Miami Marlins, the Toronto Blue Jays (6-9) will host the Rays (12-8) in a American League East matchup this weekend. The Rays are one of the hottest teams in baseball right now. They sit just 1.5 games back of the division leading New York Yankees (12-6) and hold Major League Baseball’s longest

Game Rewind: Blue Jays downed by Marlins

Photo by Bryan M. Bennett/Getty ImagesThe Toronto Blue Jays have picked up on being a Buffalo sports team quickly. Just like every other Buffalo sports memory, they pull your heart strings to believe a win is possible but at the last minute pull the floor out right from under you. After seven Blue Jays (6-9) home runs helped erase an early eight run deficit, the Marlins (8-4) snapped a tie on a Magneuris Sierra two-run single in the 10th inning, as they held on for a bizarre 14-11 victory
