The new FanDuel sports book opened today in New Jersey. FanDuel is the first online "betting" type service provider to open a brick and mortar location. The book is located at the Meadowlands and is just a short golf-kart ride away from MetLife Stadium (Be sure to take that into consideration if planning a Bills away trip this year). For some reason, the book allowed well-known sports nerd Darren Rovell place the first bet by a non-dignitary. Rovell took an NBA Summer League bet and he had to lay the juice on a -200 ML. The Celtics play the Heat at 6:35 p.m. and the nerd obviously had to ride the favorite Celtics. Hop on the Darren Rovell fade train with us because we are taking the points.
4 straight Brewers' overs, but only one went over 10. The Brewers took the first 2 games of the series by scores of 6-3 and 7-3. It's time for an under.
Ty B: Reds-Cardinals u9 (-125) 4:10 p.m.
Last night was another bad beat on the under 9 as 3 runs were scored after the 7th. Billy Hamilton scaled the wall like Spiderman to rob a home run and save the push before an RBI single by the Reds in the next inning made the total 10. I'm on this fade train as the Reds overs have hit 6 straight and 8 of the last 10. I feel like the guy who walks into the casino and sees red hit 5 times in a row and just starts riding black, but it'll hit sooner rather than later.
